This Policy covers claims for which the Insured may be legally liable to third parties towards accidental Bodily Injury and Property Damage arising out of their business premises and operations.

This Policy can be obtained by Industrial and Non industrial establishments. It will provide coverage for Liability incurred by the Insured and at their request can include any Principal for whom the Insured is carrying out work.

• Errors or Omissions- Data Processing Services
